Built in 1923, our family's country house still stands strong. It's seen generations of parents summer holiday-ing, keen hunters and fishers resting before their adventures, and kids exploring every nook and cranny. It's where I spent a portion of every summer growing up, and it's still just as much of a peaceful oasis as it was then.
A little quieter these days, it still welcomes us.
